Adding to the above statements, we plan on improving our presence in the area for IT services and goods. We've grown rapidly since our birth, and forsee continued growth for the years to come. We strive to be active in the community, donating to local charities, attending events, meetings, high school programs, etc.
Desmond and Randy:Originally a native of the Paulding/Oakwood area,
Desmond has been calling Defiance home since late
1998. He began his "computer career" at the age of
14, by tinkering with the family's home PC, a
blazing 486 DX4-100 running Windows 3.11. Desmond
has been actively serving the Defiance area with his
expertise since April of 1999.
Randy, also a native of the Paulding/Oakwood area,
received his BS degree from the University of
Findlay and holds an Associates Degree in Electronic
Engineering from ITT. He has been involved in
"computers" since 1984 and has served the Defiance
area with his expertise since fall of 2003.
Both had
previously worked together for a local IT based
company similar to D&R for a combined 16 years. When
a massive rehaul of the company began, Desmond and
Randy left to form D&R in April of 2009. The rest,
as they say, is history.
