


-Contracts are available for on-location
clients/businesses. These give you an advantage on
labor rates, and a priority queue bump for fire
calls.
-Other benefits to contracts include monthly visits
to verify backup integrity, network health, and
basic PC maintenance scenarios.
-We can come to you, in the event that bringing
equipment into our shops isn't an option, or when
you just want some company from your local friendly
computer nerds.
-Anything that can be done in our shop can be done
at your location. This includes basic PC
maintenance, hardware diagnosis/replacement, printer
setup, wireless network configuration, and much
more.
-We are also able to setup and configure more
advanced location specifics such as
installing/troubleshooting servers, domain
controllers, active directory environments, network
policies, security, etc.
-Typical turn around time for in-shop service is
24 hours. We strive to aim for this with each and
every service ticket. For a small fee, priority service is available
for when you need your system back ASAP. This moves
your PC to the front of the line, and almost always
means same-day completion.
-Most work is billed at a fixed rate in-shop, versus
per-hour billing when on-location. "Fixed rate" just
means that a paticular job is always billed the
same, no matter the speed/age of the system, our
current work load, etc. This is entirely to you, the
customer's advantage.
-Virus and Spyware cleanings. We prefer a
"non-destructive" approach, and try our best to
avoid blatant reinstalls. This preserves programs,
custom settings, personal data, etc.
-Operating System installs. We can work with all
versions of Windows, DOS, Mac OSX, and recent Linux
distros.
-Hardware repair/replacement. This includes ANY
component of a system, be it hard drives,
motherboards or just ram.
-Laptop Screen replacement, inverters,
motherboard and power jack repair. We can
service ALL major brands.
